- Research diagnose troubleshoot and identify solutions or workarounds to SAAS platform issues.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate developer team.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to the customer success team or directly to customers.
- Refer to databases or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Following procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate developer teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help both written and verbal.
- Good understanding of the SAAS platform.
- Hands on experience with technologies
- Ruby Ruby on rails (required)
- ElasticSearch MongoDB PHP/Java NodeJS HTML JavaScript and CSS (useful)
- Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk Jira).
- BS degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or relevant field.
